Aortic pulsation
In dilated aorta or aneurysm of ascending aorta, the pulsation of aorta can be felt over the right 2nd and 3rd intercostal space.
Potain sign - pulsation of the Right 2nd intercostals space in aneurysm of ascending aorta.
