Fatigue in heart disease are due to the following
- Low output state - obstructive valvular lesion - Aortic stenosis
- Pulmonary artery hypertension(PAH)
- Diffused Myocardial damage - IHD, Cardiomyopathy
- Blood volume and electrolyte imbalance -Diuretics ,Beta blocker
- Super added anxiety and depression.
