• Posterior belly of the digastric

3rd branchial arch give rise to the following structures

• Stylopharyngeus

4th and 6th branchial arches give rise to the following structures

• Cricothyroid
• Levator veli palatini
• Constrictors of the pharynx
• Intrinsic muscles of the larynx
• Striated muscles of the esophagus
