What is xerostomia

Xerostomia means dryness of mouth.
Causes of xerostomia are 
Dehydration
Diabetes mellitus (loss of fluid)
Diseases of salivary gland include the following

• Sjogren syndrome
• Post-radiation
• Drugs - Atropine.
